Job Title: Contact Centre Manager
Job Location: Midlands
Salary £30,000 basic, bonus + benefits
This role is based with a market-leading service & manufacturing business with a turnover in excess of £100million.
Responsibilities include the day-to-day management of approximately 60FTE, with 5 Team Leaders working within an inbound contact centre.
You will manage the department towards achieving KPI's / SLA's and refine working practices to drive efficiencies within your teams.
You will be an accomplished manager with a 'visible' and positive management style with the ability to inspire and lead your department towards continued success.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills with the ability to influence at all levels within the business.
You will also be experienced in the management of contact centre teams towards levels of high performance and have a demonstrable track record of success.
