A leading Financial Services business has the requirement for an exceptional Collections Trainer for their expanding Contact Centre in Birmingham.

The successful candidate will be required to deliver effective and informative training using a range of methods in a financial Services environment

Job Purpose:

  • To prepare and deliver a range of behavioural training packages to improve performance within collections operators.
  • Work closely with the Head of collections from an out-sourced partner to understand key business objectives and to assess the training requirements.
  • Must have experience of working within an FSA regulated environment
  • Experience of working within a card services environment would be advantageous

Responsibilities:

  • Establish and maintain appropriate systems for training requirements by SWOT analysis (Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, Threats), training plans and post training reviews
  • Deliver effective and informative training
  • Monitor measure and report on organisational improvement plans and achievements within agreed formats and timescales.
  • Liaise with other departments/managers and review training material to understand all necessary aspects of training requirements as a result of changes
  • Review quality within the department to highlight trends and issues, which may require further investigation and changes to improve performance.
  • Research and investigate training methods and use external research forums to keep up to date with training developments.
