Size of Team / Contact Centre:
Part of a Work force Management team planning for a 2000 seat contact centre and part of wider organisation
Key Skills / Experience Required:

Excellent Maths and analytical ability proven to Degree level or in a contact centre analyst role

Experience with spreadsheet modelling and analysis

Preferred but not essential: Experience of working with Work force management / Resource planning tools.
Role Profile:
To provide an effective short to long term resource planning solution in order to improve our resource planning capability on an intraday basis.
Key Responsibilities:
-
To support the end-to-end scheduling process ensuring that intra-day staffing levels match customer demand

To support in the planning and co-ordination of the short to long term resourcing view

To ensure the provision of accurate and effective management information

To focus on delivering service levels on a daily and weekly basis

To liaise with key customers to assess the effectiveness of the Workforce Planning service and to make improvements in how that service operates

To identify improvements to the planning process and make recommendations for change
