One of the biggest branded organisations in Britain is looking for a Customer Services Manager to head up their customer services functionality in the UK. This role will ensure that service excellence is delivered across all customer touch points and customer satisfaction is a competitive advantage with services and products.

The role promises to be challenging and fast paced.

Responsibilities:

  • To effectively manage the customer services team day to day; ongoing motivation and support, act as a point of escalation for complaints and queries
  • Effectively liaise between operations and logistics to constantly improve company performance
  • Ensure that perfect order scores are maintained and improved on an ongoing basis
  • Lead and develop direct reports against personal KPI’s
  • Plan and forecast customer service resources both financially and operationally
  • To operate within regulated guidelines ensuring adherence across your team
  • Represent and translate the honest and open culture of the organisation to your team members

Candidates are required to have a substantial background in customer services within a regulated environment. This role incorporates B2C and B2B activity and experience of managing supply and logistics is essential.
