Capita acquires Full Circle

27th June 2012 - Capita plc, the UK's leading outsourcing and professional services company, a FTSE top 100 company with a history of consistent growth and strong financial performance acquires Full Circle as part of its plans to increase its global delivery network.

Capita has grown steadily over the past 25 years, both organically and through acquisitions, and now has over 46,000 people at over 350 business sites across the UK, the Channel Islands, Europe, Middle East and India. The acquisition of Full Circle will add to Capita’s existing capability, providing outsourced customer service and fully-hosted contact centre solutions. Established in 2005, Full Circle has been directly involved in assisting international clients to offshore successfully to South Africa, and has been associated with the some of the most notable offshore projects in the region.
