Swedish WFM experts KnowTime become part of QPC 


London, UK - QPC today announced that it has completed an agreement with KnowTime AB, a workforce management and workforce optimisation services and systems provider operating within the Nordic region, to become part of QPC.

KnowTime's enterprise customers within Northern Europe include Eniro118118 the biggest personal inquiry service in Sweden and The Christian Trade Union, the largest free and independent trade union in Denmark. QPC is a leading supplier of consulting, workforce optimisation systems and training and development services within the European and APAC regions.

The agreement will also enable QPC to supply KnowTime's SNAPS platform that provides valuable functionality additions to the IEX TotalView workforce management system by allocating shifts fairly, calculating pay correctly and providing both schedule and operational analysis.
