ShoreTel appoints John Howard as the new MD for ShoreTel EMEA 

John Howard has been appointed Managing Director for ShoreTel EMEA. He joins the vendor from Avaya where he held a number of senior level management positions over the last five years, including UK channel director and EMEA channel sales director, working with a variety of SMB and enterprise channel partners.

Prior to Avaya, he built a track record of success at both 3Com and Compaq in a variety of sales management positions. Howard has more than 15 years of experience in sales, marketing and business development in the European telecom and networking marketplace.
