Go BackUSA: Deltek selects services from Verizon Business
A range of services from Verizon Business (Verizon), a provider of advanced communications and IT solutions and unit of Verizon Communications (NYSE:VZ), have been selected by Deltek (Nasdaq:PROJ), a provider of enterprise applications software for project-focused businesses, to support Deltek's rapid growth and portfolio expansion.
Verizon said it will provide Managed Private IP, Managed IP PBX, Web Center, voice services, audio, video and net conferencing and customer premises equipment, under the multimillion dollar agreement. The services are intended to help Deltek to grow while reducing overall costs and improving the company's customer support.
Deltek selected Verizon's Private IP service and IP PBX to streamline its voice and data and connect over 1,200 employees across 14 business locations in the US, Europe, Australia and the Philippines.
According to Verizon, its Web Center network-based, contact centre solution will provide multimedia contact options, intelligent routing tools and customer prioritisation, helping Deltek to improve the customer support experience.
In addition, Deltek is using Verizon Audio, Video and Net Conferencing services to improve productivity and collaboration across the business, while lowering business travel-related costs.
