ClickSoftware releases the integration between ClickSchedule 7.1 and mySAP CRM 3.1 

ClickSoftware, the leading provider of service optimization solutions, released the integration of ClickSchedule, its optimized scheduling solution, with the mySAP Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Release 3.1 e-business solution.

This integration provides mySAP CRM 3.1 customers the ability to rapidly deploy the industry-leading appointment booking and scheduling optimization capabilities of ClickSchedule.

The offering extends the collaboration between ClickSoftware and SAP AG established and successfully proven in SAP R/3, and leverages the mySAP CRM 3.1 built-in Business Connector to ClickSchedule.

Using ClickSchedule, call center representatives using the mySAP CRM 3.1 Customer Interaction Center can more efficiently offer service appointment times that best suit the customer and can be fulfilled at the lowest cost to the company. Additionally appointment re-scheduling can be optimally accomplished to minimize impact to customer satisfaction and service efficiency.
