Birmingham - Softlab Limited is embarking on a growth strategy that will include significantly enhancing the consultancy element of its business to assist organisations that want to improve the interaction, management and experience of its customers.
"Softlab is committed to growing this element of its business and will align itself to the Telecommunications and Finance sectors and provide a set of offers across the spectrum of Customer Management," says Gareth Thomas, Chief Executive Officer, Softlab Limited.
"I am delighted to announce the appointment of Ragnar Wachter as Managing Director, Consulting and Business Development, to spearhead the consultancy operation in the UK," continues Thomas.
Ragnar Wachter started working with Softlab as the Director of the Cologne office in 2001 where he successfully built up the consultancy practice. Before joining Softlab, Wachter worked as an Associated Partner with Deloitte Consulting in Düsseldorf.

The Consultancy practice will be London based and Softlab is recruiting a team of industry leading consultants to drive through its aggressive growth plans.
