Softlab Limited announces the appointment of Peter Cantor to head up its Consultancy practice. Peter is to build upon Softlab's customer management capabilities and significantly enhance the business consultancy element of its portfolio. The goal remains consistent; assisting organisations in improving the interaction, management and experience of its customers.

Peter joins Softlab from IBM where he has had an integral role in growing a Customer Management Practice though Price Waterhouse, PWC Consulting and IBM Global Business Services. With 12 years in customer management consultancy, Peter's expertise ranges from the development of customer management and customer experience strategies, through to implementation of large scale sales transformation, and business modernisation programmes. Peter's work has been particularly focussed on the Telecommunications /Communications sectors and he has knowledge of working within the Finance Services and Public sector.
