Indigo Lighthouse gains newest recognition from Customer Contact Association (CCA)

13th January 2011 - A Glasgow-based business outsourcing provider has become the first to achieve a new global accreditation by the Customer Contact Association (CCA).

Indigo Lighthouse were the first contact centre to be measured against Version 5 of the global CCA standards – designed to recognise organisations where improved communication across all business units has a positive impact on customer experience.

The multi-lingual contact centre has been a CCA accredited member since 2002 and its success has been a result of using the CCA Standards as its benchmark for excellence in customer contact. Indigo Lighthouse was recognised by the industry by scooping the prestigious CCA Global Excellence Award in November 2009.

The Glasgow-based business also celebrated the success of team leader Euan Craig – who was presented with his diploma in Contact Centre Management by CCA at the City Chambers in Glasgow fresh from completing a charity marathon for Macmillan Cancer Support.

Indigo Lighthouse was founded in 1998 with a vision to become a leading force in the European optics market. It has achieved this aim and now provides a first-class optical management system to clients such as Boots in the UK, as well as leading players in Austria, Belgium, Denmark, France, Germany, Holland, Norway and Sweden.
