Altitude Workout'08 gathers top contact centre experts to draw industry's technological roadmap  


Altitude Software, a global leader in contact center solutions, hosts its third Central Europe User Group Conference in Hasselt, Belgium on 18 and 19 September. The annual event is a well-established rendezvous for contact center opinion leaders and CRM trendsetters.

Altitude Workout'08 is a European forum where best practices are shared, Altitude Software's products are studied and peers network. After a first day of conferences, the Altitude Workout'08 will close on September 19th with the third edition of the Altitude Open Golf tournament. Altitude Software's CEO, Mr. Gastão Taveira, will outline the future strategy of the company at the event.
