ProtoCall One has also formally launched its Business Intelligence (BI) Practice, and signed up as an Oracle partner. The business has seen significant interest from both Genesys customers and partners in its new offerings in this area and is forecasting strong demand.

ProtoCall One also expanded its operations in April 2007 with the opening of an Asia-Pacific (APAC) office in Sydney, Australia. Led by managing consultant Ian de Sousa the office is capitalising on the Australian contact centre market, widely acknowledged by industry experts as the most technologically advanced in the world and experiencing strong growth.

Steve Robertson, Sales and Marketing Director, ProtoCall One, commented:

"ProtoCall One has had an exceptional year and we have all the building blocks in place to grow our core Genesys business and develop our WFO and BI practices. Our investment in people is the key to our success and is the primary reason why the UK's largest Genesys users choose to work with us. We will soon have significant contracts to announce and are confident that the year ahead will be another year of significant growth.
