Teleperformance highly commended at this year's prestigious CCA Awards 


Teleperformance has been highly commended for "Best Outsourced Contact Centre" at the recent 2007 CCA Excellence Awards held in Edinburgh.

The award is presented to the outsourcer that has demonstrated excellence in delivering customer service by knowing its customers and responding to their needs. 

Judges looked specifically at how Teleperformance attracted and retained customers and how levels of customer satisfaction are gathered and used. 

The judges' comments included: "This was a very strong submission with clear evidence of enablers and results" and "an excellent entry with good examples."
