C3/CustomerContactChannels to hire 144 customer service agents at McGregor contact centre
6th August 2012 — C3/CustomerContactChannels (“C3”), a global provider of customer management solutions, announced that it is actively seeking to hire 144 new customer service agents for its McGregor, Texas customer contact center. Hiring will begin immediately.
Agents will handle customer service calls on behalf of one of C3’s Fortune 100 clients. The positions are full-time and do include benefits. C3 opened its McGregor center in August of last year.
